Default Need a buddy
Hi everyone
I am new here and would like to find a buddy who shares an interest in e-mailed a friend to weight loss support. I started my diet Sept. 1st and have lost 31 pounds so far. I am looking to loose another 40 by May 2006, Right now I am at a stand still, due to severe asthma and am unable to exercise. If anyone has an option for me it would be great to hear from you.

welcome Michelle, and Congratulations to you on what you have lost!!!!!! I am sorry to hear of your setbacks, have you ever just tried marching in place during commercials while watching TV? I don't know what kind of exercise you can't do, but just moving is going to help! I am here for you !!!
