Finally decided that with a birthday coming up I would like to lose some weight. They, whoever "they" are, say that after 35 it's more difficult to keep the shape you have - though my shape could've used a reno many moons ago! I'm not one for dieting but I do like keeping active so the exercising part of the equation is not problematic. However, I would feel more physically comfortable if my mid-section wasn't so round. A friend of mine lost over 20 pounds on the SBD two years ago and she has maintained her weight since. I'm hoping to lose about that much and found this site in the process of researching SBD. Wish me luck!
