I understand what you're going thru...I need to lose a little over 60 pounds in order to get to the weight I was before I had my children. It's hard and it's depressing and sometimes I wonder whether it's worth it....but I have no intention to give up hope. I've all ready lost 40 pounds, even though it's taken me over a year to do that....I keep falling off the wagon and getting right back on which attributes to the slow progress. I'll succeed though.....as will you. Good Luck!!

I'm new too -- this is my first post here. I need to lose 30 kilos which I think (though I was never too good at Math) that it's around the same amount that you are both looking at losing.

I'm just worried that I'll miss my chocolate too much
