My plan...
I don't really follow a "plan" and no foods are forbidden. However, I try to eat healthy choices, smaller portions, etc. My biggest stumbling block is that I hate exercise.
I lost my weight slowly and steadily, with some plateaus along the way. It took me two years to lose the first 45-50. I did it by cutting back and walking. I sometimes did free weights, I need to get back into that. I also enjoy swimming when it is warm, we have a neighborhood pool.
