My name is Lori and I am a lurker too!! Congrats on the 25lbs gone!!! I am jusr starting back out on the dieting trail. I am at the heaviest I have ever been 270lbs. I am going to get back to 180lbs or 175lbs which was a great weight for me. I am thinking about following the Weight Watchers plan since it is the most family friendly and I have family 3 daughter ages 7, 3, & 1 plus a husband. My dh is also looking at losing some weight too so I am hoping to help us both. What plan are you following??
As a fellow newbie, I welcome you. Its my hope that the support I find here will keep me going. Im tired of being the big girl..but when your 6ft and 225lbs its hard not to be. I am shooting for at least 200lbs, I feel like if I weigh less than that I might look funny beings I am tall, but that can be determined at a later date.
