Hello people! Would you like to be a LEAN (Loose Eating At Night) buddy?
I eat very very well during the rest of the day with whole grains, veggies, fruit, very little sugar and no processed foods. I always brown bag my lunchs and regularly receive compliments on my healthy choices.
When I come home from work and at night I have to have a snack of some sort and those are not necessarily unhealthy but they are high in calories or in large quantities. I figure I will reduce my calories by as much as 500-600 calories by just removing these snacks or choosing better ones.
I am 31 and happily married for almost three years. I don't have kids.
