Hi all, I'm new to 3FC and I'm determined to lose weight again.
I was never really overweight till I got pregnant with my first child in 2002. I weighed in at 180 at 5'3" went up to 250lbs and I now weigh 225.
After my matrenity leave was up, I went back to work and joined a Weight Watchers work program and I worked really hard at losing and followed the plan accordingly and lost 19lbs (216.5). I was stressed and tired from work and the babay not sleeping, that I took a break from the WW group.
So now I want to start all over because I want to get pregnant again and I don't want to be that huge again.
I have a friend who makes me go to the gym everyday, we have one here at work, and another friend who's in the same situation as I am and we email each other everyday to talk about our day.
But I do need more support because I have a weekness and can give up easily.
I now weigh 225LBS and need help getting to my goal of 150. That's my long term goal. Short term is to lose 2lbs a week.
