Hello there everyone! After going over this site madly for about a week, I finally decided to give it a try. I need some form of group to keep me motivated and this site looked very friendly.
As a brief introduction into the life of me: I'm Jess. I aspire to someday be a fully functioning human being (but, then again, who doesn't?).
As far as weight goes, I recently lost 52 pounds, and that makes me very proud, but then it somehow stopped. I'd like to pick up the pace once again and loose some more. What brought it up? Well, at the risk of boring you: I'm off for a trip this summer and I'd really rather be able to be healthy for it and to look a little better. I've given myself 196 days and plenty of room for error. Anyway, I really hope this site helps me to stay on track.
Sorry for the long intro (never had that problem before...) so, back to the original point. Hey! I'm new!
