I have just started on SB diet. I am using a combo of SB and ABS diet. I am currently in phase 1 of SB. The only thing I am doing different is that I eat 5 times a day. Each meal is a serving of phase 1 veggies and meat.
I have been working out alternate days for almost a year. That has improved my health but now I am using a diet to actually get some results.
