Hi, I'm Pam and I've been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I actually lost 30 pounds and was at my target weight of 145. I've since gained it back and then some. ^^; I never joined a weight loss forum before so I figured I'd give it a shot, maybe talking with other people will help with motivation
