Smile Hi I'm New
Hi everyone, my names Devine i'am 28 years old with two kids. I've tried alot off things to loss wieght but i didn't stick to any of them. Right now my goal is to loss wieght with billys bootcamp, but my problem is i'm lacking motivation...I hope i've come to the right place for help.

hey devine lady,

glad u r here. i have the exact same problem as u ...lack of motivation....my office has a gym in the basement and a good one..might i add.. i make sure i bring my workout gear everyday...but as soon as 5:30 pm hits..i am in the slumps. can't do it.....aaaargh.....i want to get on the treadmill but i am just not motivated enough.

Well yesterday, starting from the the point i woke up...i was chanting "gotta work out today gotta work out today"...and I DID....it was painful...lol...but today i am more inclined to go exercise again. For the upteenth time...i hope i stick to working out.....lets see how it goes...

HELLO!!!
Motivation is what I didn't have until I came here. I am having fun....LOL!!! doing exercise. Yep, I wouldn't kid you about that. Last night, my kids and I were doing DDR on the PS2. LOL! We had a blast! I was on it 50 minutes straight and my kids did like 15 minutes. We had a good laugh at each other dancing around like crazy lunatics!!

I hope someone can inspire you to get your motivation back. "Stay strong" is what I always say.

i am up this week by four pounds to 149....don't know what happened....sigh!

stay strong..stay strong...i am gonna chant this the entire day....4 pounds weight gain is dissapointing....sigh...
