I know exactly how you feel, I did 3 months of journals and exercising for hours everyday and trying to watch what I was eating and was actually gaining weight! Drove me crazy, then I joined Weight Watchers and found out why, I was drinking more milk since the exerciseing was making me more thirsty and that was actually makeing me start to gain. I've been on Weight Watchers for 8 weeks today and lost 24 ibs so far

was even able to lose weight Thanksgiving week even though on Thanksgiving and 2 days later I went over a ton of points. Since I was good the rest of the week I still lost 1 ib
When I started looking up the points for things I found out most of the stuff I cut out when I was trying to lose weight wasnt as bad at all, and some things I figured was okay were actually horrible. Just by cutting down on a few simple things and watching portions the weight has been dropping off.
