Smile Anyone want an International Auzzie Diet Buddy ? Fair Dinkum Mate!

Hello Everyone!

Thank You for allowing me to join your wonderful site!
I will tell you a little about myself, and I invite anyone whos interested to email me regularly for an international diet buddy who promises to be supportive, compassionate, non-judgemental and most importantly keep a sense of humour about the whole experience.
My name is Paula, I live in Sydney Australia. I have a goal to lose 30kg and am at my half way point in this quest. I have gone from 90kg to 75kg, with a goal weight of 60kg. Im sorry that I have no idea of the exact pound conversions. I am a vegetarian who lives with my fiancee and 3 dogs and I love animals. I am a health conscious person generally, and I exercise for appx 30-40mins a day on a treadmill. I dont smoke or drink, but I do have a night-eating problem where I will almost sleep-walk to the fridge and gobble whatever I can find. This is preventing me from losing any more weight and I have hit a wall in my weight-loss efforts due to this habit.
I would love to have a friend to email regulalry so that we can support each other and be accountable. Anyone is welcome to email me and I will reply, but I would appreciate anyone who may be a reasonably similar weight to myself (or looking to lose around 15-20kg) so that we can have some healthy competition in our weight loss efforts. Im seeking someone who enjoys a challenge and has a good sense of fun and humour - lets get a fun little competition going! - Hey it worked for the contestants on the Biggest Loser, wasnt that a great show!! I was soooo happy for those ppl, esp the final 3 - what an awesome group of ppl (and how cute/hot was their personal trainer Bob Harper!!) haha!
Please only reply if you are serious about losing weight and gaining health. Im in this for the long term and hope that you are too. If youve made that commitment to yourself Id love to hear from you, no matter what your current weight. Best of luck to everyone and have a Merry Christmas - Paula
