Default In need of a serious buddy!

Hi, I'm Alexis. I'm a 30-something year old mommy to 5 , wife to 1. I've lost over 60 lbs. already, and not wanting to give up anytime soon. I start my days off fresh, but by day's end, I've eaten waaaay more than I should have. I love to exercise but the food is hard to resist. I'm in need of a buddy to help keep me motivated and I will return the favor. I'm doing WW Flex and that's how I lost most of the weight.

Alexis! There is lots of support to be had here. I wanted to invite you to join us on the 30 Something to lose 30 Something thread. We are having lots of fun over there. The 30 Somethings are very liberal!

maybe you should try journaling your food for the day , that has helped me loads

journaling your food is an excellent idea .. I am also going to try to prepare most of my meals and snacks the day before .. or that morning ... so that I dont stray from my planned meals .. otherwise .. I tend to grab a snack or pick at food all day and at the end of the day, I feel like a big

and make sure you eat breakfast , not eating that meal can sabotage your whole day...breakfast , snack , lunch , snack , dinner...healthy choices and portion control , I know I'm not saying anything you probably don't know already though..
