Hi, I'm Alexis. I'm a 30-something year old mommy to 5 , wife to 1. I've lost over 60 lbs. already, and not wanting to give up anytime soon. I start my days off fresh, but by day's end, I've eaten waaaay more than I should have. I love to exercise but the food is hard to resist. I'm in need of a buddy to help keep me motivated and I will return the favor. I'm doing WW Flex and that's how I lost most of the weight.

journaling your food is an excellent idea .. I am also going to try to prepare most of my meals and snacks the day before .. or that morning ... so that I dont stray from my planned meals .. otherwise .. I tend to grab a snack or pick at food all day and at the end of the day, I feel like a big
and make sure you eat breakfast , not eating that meal can sabotage your whole day...breakfast , snack , lunch , snack , dinner...healthy choices and portion control , I know I'm not saying anything you probably don't know already though..
