i am 25, 5'3", and 158 lbs. this past weekend i read the body for life book and am amazed by all the success stories.
my probelm is, after i finished the book, i was set to get started. a few days have passed, so has my excitement about starting this program. i am looking for someone also starting body for life...possibly friday, that would like to be buddies to keep each other going. i need all the help i can get.
Hi Amandalynn! You must have missed my reply yesterday to your Body For Life thread. There's a group in the Ladies Who Lift forum starting BFL this week and I'm sure they'd love to have you join in. Additionally, most of the LWL posters have done BFL in the past and would be happy to answer your questions and help you get started.
