Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello... I'm Christen and from Maryland. Of course i'm new to the board and on a mission to really get fit and healthy again

We had a Maryland thread for a little while, but everyone seemed to be from either the Eastern Shore or way down in Southern Maryland.

I live in Montgomery County (Gaithersburg).
