Hi everyone,

I totally just wrote a long rambling post in the support forum before realizing there was a "hello, my name is.." area.

Well, hi, my name is Aly -- I'm 26 years old and live in Brooklyn, NY. I was chubby my whole life, very much sugar-carb-centered. (Until this spring, my average breakfast was a coffee with half and half and 4 sugars and a buttered bagel)

Anyway, I've been on the South Beach Diet for about five months now, and it's totally changed my life. (actually, if you wanna see my long rambling post about that...this is the post i made a few minutes ago: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66747 ) -- I'm still a bit away from my goal, and definetly still have some body issues, but for once, I can look in the mirror and not cringe.

I really look forward to get to know you alll!

Hi, my name is Sheree. I have never joined anything like this before, but I am really motivated to do something about losing the 100+lbs that decided to invade my body. Oh yeah, want to get off my diabetic medicine once and for all. I am 47, have 3 teenagers and work outside the home. I hate exercising and love food - so this website is going to be my motivation. I need all the friends and support I can get online as I do not have any offline... Looking forward to moving my ticker down the line.
