Red face Hello from Southern Louisiana
Hello ! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chris. I'm 29 y.o., married for 6 years and I have a 2 year old daughter. I'm a surgery nurse (been a R.N. for 7 years). I live about 15 miles southwest of New Orleans. I've been dieting for about 11 months so far. I've lost about 55 pounds. I still need to lose about 29 more pounds but I seemed to have hit another plateau. I'm frustrated and have come to this site seeking support, motivation, understanding and friendship !

Just wanted to say Hi, Chris. I hope all is well for you and family. I'm Annie, 34 y.o. married almost 3 years with a 3 1/2 year old. Plus 2 older children with my first hubby(11 and 9). Hi Chris!! I am new too..My name is Tera I am a mom of 5, just had my last baby 1.5 Months ago, Been married forever..LOL Anyway I live in Ponchatoula, LA Nice to see a fellow LAian here.

Welcome, I have family in Morgan City LA , great job on your weight loss. I am 27 married with 2 kids dd 2- ds -10, you will get great encouragement here. How did you lose the weight all on your own ? That great, I am a doing WW but it's been really hard I reviewing other options right now. But good luck in your journey your almost there. It was funny your name is my husband first name, welcome and I am here if needed.

Default i'm new too
Hello, my name is Barbara---I am 33 have a kindergarten boy and a preschool girl. I have lost about 9 or 10 lbs and have about 20 more to lose. I have been doing the richard simmons food mover for 8 days. I just started back exercising this morning----I am hoping that the exercising will make my weight come off faster. I would like a buddy to email every day or so. I need all the support I can get! If youi would like some support I always have funny stories to share!!! Let me know and good luck to ya!
