I just joined this site and am looking forward to being fairly active here. At present I have lost 90 pounds or so, and have another 80-100 to go to reach my goal weight. I have spinal arthritis, and am going to eventually be in a wheelchair. I also used to lift semi-pro, years and years ago, so I enjoy lifting, though I am limited in what I can do these days due to my back.
