Buddy Wanted!! Kind of new here.... - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I joined back in April-- but have not gotten started with anything--

plan to get serious tommorrow-- My plan is just keeping a food journal, heathy choices, drink lots of water and I just got a Bowflex I want to use.

I am at my heaviest weight ever and miserable-- I will be 40 in January and want to look and feel better.

My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I know I will not be able to do that by January-- but I hope to at least have a large percentage of it off.

Which groups here to you think would benefit me? Anyone starting about this time that would like a buddy?

Tams -- I am in GA also!! and 50 is my minimum to lose-- I am about 5 ft 3 and weigh about 190- although I tend to be more muscular and never get to a weight that is what most would weigh for my height.

What kind of diet Doctor is this and what are you taking? I have considered getting some diet pills-- once in the past I lost some weight on them-- but they only worked for a few weeks--
