I joined back in April-- but have not gotten started with anything--
plan to get serious tommorrow-- My plan is just keeping a food journal, heathy choices, drink lots of water and I just got a Bowflex I want to use.
I am at my heaviest weight ever and miserable-- I will be 40 in January and want to look and feel better.
My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I know I will not be able to do that by January-- but I hope to at least have a large percentage of it off.
Which groups here to you think would benefit me? Anyone starting about this time that would like a buddy?
