Good Morning. I am a newbie to this, but not to dieting. I have been trying to diet & exercise since May and I have only lost 19 pounds and absolutely nothing for a month and I am very disappointed and ready to throw in the towel. I don't really have anyone to talk to about this as most of my "friends" are already thin! I need people I can vent with that will understand! I hope I have found that here.
