Good Morning!
Have you found an accountability partner yet. I'm from Minnesota and had 40 pounds to drop. Have lost most of it through accountability to another person I met over the internet. She is not from the Fat Chicks site, but we e-mail each other what we've eaten everyday. It works! If you're interested, we could do the same for each other. I am a Baptist, also known for lots of casseroles at church luncheons. HaHa!!! I'm not a vegan, but my daughter is so I know where you're coming from.

Well, I'm not really a vegan - I had tried that at one time. Weight loss flavor of the month, you might call it. I even tried fruitarianism (eating only fruits and nuts, hungry constantly) and raw foodism (anyone who can eat eggplant raw, my hats off to them!).
Now I am following a Mediterranean diet, which means lots of veggies, fish, poultry, red meat only occasionally, whole grains. Plus I log my calories in FitDay.
