Hi, Bobbi!
Well, I'm not really a vegan - I had tried that at one time. Weight loss flavor of the month, you might call it. I even tried fruitarianism (eating only fruits and nuts, hungry constantly) and raw foodism (anyone who can eat eggplant raw, my hats off to them!).
Now I am following a Mediterranean diet, which means lots of veggies, fish, poultry, red meat only occasionally, whole grains. Plus I log my calories in FitDay.
