Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I started back to WW about a month ago. Looking to get in shape (as much as possible) before I hit the big 50 in October of this year.

I am married for 28 years to a wonderful man. I have one son who is a State Trooper in Texas.

My dh and I live in NJ. My son served 4 years in the USMC (getting out in December of 2003). He met a friend who was from Texas and that is how he ended up in Texas (while his friend is now in Minnesota). Here is a picture of him:

HI Mom, Cute son. I only have one son also, but he's married and I have 2 grandchildren now. I've over 50 too, and yeah, it gets harder to loose. But you can go into your 50 healthier and slimmer! What you're planning now will stick with you for the rest of your life. Now is the time to break old bad habits and form new good ones. They say that 60 is the great equalizer. That's when all the bad habits catch up with you. Still got time to make sure you are in good shape.
