Hey everyone. My name is Heather. I am 22 years old, and weigh 260 lbs. I don't feel as if I weigh near that much, but it's starting to get to that point. I am desperatly trying to lose weight and looking for some support.
Hi Heather. I am new here too. I am 21 and 11 mos. ago I weighed 272. Since then I have lost 58 lbs. on what can best be described as the French "diet." Easiest diet in the world. Eat the same, but eat less. I have always been overweight I have tried Atkins, WW, calorie counting, and even contemplated surgury. But then...... something clicked, I started eating less and a painless 11 mos. later I am already 58 lbs. lighter. And I continue to lose.
