Hi everyone...I'm sort of a long time reader, first time caller here

My story : I just turned 25, and I'm fed up with fighting the same 40 lbs. I was always overweight, but I managed to lose about 45 lbs right around my 16th birthday. I kept it off, completely for 3 years until I began using Depo Provera. At that point, I can track the weight gains of 3-5 lbs every time I went in for my shot. I finally quit that, and switched to the pill, and then Nuvaring, and now I'm going a non-hormonal route. So we'll see where that takes me. I was on Wellbutrin to try to manage my eating. I lost weight, went off, and gained it back and more...
I've tried Weight Watchers, but I'm not a big fan of meetings. I've been scrupulous with Atkins and lost 1 lb during induction. I've done South Beach, but I need more direction in terms of portion control. I've decided to do my own little Weight Watchers program, counting points and all, but I could just use a little support. Someone to remind me that I'll feel less tired if I hit the gym after work, not more. And that just because I have a muffin for breakfast, it doesn't mean that my calories are blown for the day and I should eat whatever I want. I'd like to lose about 50 lbs ultimately, but I'm aiming for 20 right now. Thanks for listening!
