okay so here it goes, I'm Ashley, I'm an big wopping 20 years old. I came across this site through the phentermine site. I started phen last week and have dropped 7lbs (bringing me down to 233). I find it remarkable that I have came across these 2 sites. Of course i have support from loved ones and friends but to get to share it with people who understand it and LIVE it, makes it so much easier. I hope to get to know some of you and learn from your experiences. Anyone with tips/advice/recipes/work-out routines...feel free to share !

Hi Ashley,
I have a niece named Ashley Nicole. I too am struggling with my weight. I am 28 though. I am doing low carb. This is day #5 and I am already down ! I am a compulsive weigher...I wish I had the will power to stay off the scale. So, what exactly are you doing? Is there a diet to go along with the pills?? Keep in touch and best of luck!!

Hi Ashley! Is it a pill, shake, etc? What does it do exactly. I have tried pills in my past. I am new to all of this also but if you have any questions, I can try to help you.
