Need Help And Support!!!
 

Hey I am new and trying to get my story out there. I really need buddies and support to do the right thing. I am doing this very unhealthy and I need to find a groove where I can fit in and be supported by actual friends.

Hi there, I am new and not new. I have been gone for 2 years so here I am starting over.
There have been so many changes to this wonderful site that I feel like a newbie! :D
I need to lose so much weight so my first goal is 38 lbs. Future goals will be set... in the future! :lol:
I just turned 46; I have one 17 and one 5-year-old daughter. I was diagnosed with diabetes and the accompanying high blood pressure (oh joy) about 3 years ago. I'm not sure of the exact date because I am in denial... ok not any more so I will have to ask my Dr. when I was formally diagnosed.
I am happy to get more detailed whenever ya want!
I am basically a very up person and I hope to hear from you soon! :cb:
