Well, I would love to be your buddy...I want to lose at least 30# also. I currently am trying to stick to 1450 calories a day...with a total of 30 minutes of some sort of exercise each day. I do fine except when I am stressed, then...all I want to do is eat! I don't pay too much attention to "fat" content; however, I am a big vegetable eater. I seldom eat sweets but I "LOVE" pasta...my biggest downfall. So, I'm trying to just cut back my bad choices and hoping to get rid of this baggage! Good luck to you!
