Default Looking for a buddy to lose 30lb

Hi,

I am new to the website, and found a lot of useful information and great motivations for getting in shape. I am currently 135lb (just lost 10lb from 145lb) ; I would like to get back to my original weight of 105lb when I graduated college 2 years ago. Looking for a buddy who wants to focus on exercise and low fat/calorie diet.

Any useful tips are welcome. I have not exercise in two year.

Well, I would love to be your buddy...I want to lose at least 30# also. I currently am trying to stick to 1450 calories a day...with a total of 30 minutes of some sort of exercise each day. I do fine except when I am stressed, then...all I want to do is eat! I don't pay too much attention to "fat" content; however, I am a big vegetable eater. I seldom eat sweets but I "LOVE" pasta...my biggest downfall. So, I'm trying to just cut back my bad choices and hoping to get rid of this baggage! Good luck to you!

It is amazing how much we have in common. I also like vegetables a lot. I don’t really like candy except for chocolate, but if I don’t buy any I won’t miss it. My biggest temptations are pasta and meat. I would be tempted by lasagna and steaks more than anything else . I am trying to do 1,300 cal /day and exercise about 300 cal / day. But I suspect I eat a little more than that and exercise a little less.
I started a similar running program to the Couch-to-5K plan. But it is hard to get up early in the morning. How about you, what kind of exercise are you doing?
