I've been on WW for about 3 months and lost 9 lbs (well, a little more but I teetered for a bit). I know that's really slow but because I don't have a lot to loose I just want to take it at a pace where I know I can sustain the changes I make. The first month was great, but I've had a lot happen in the last 2 months. August will be back to a more focussed weight loss so I'm interested to see how many lbs come off. Some people freak about the points - it totally depends on your personality as to what will work for you. I remember after the first meeting it took me FOREVER to figure out what to eat for lunch! But I've settled into it now and just being aware of certain foods that seemed 'safe' before that really aren't as great as you think has helped. I also enjoy forums like this because people share great meal/snack ideas and tips on reduced/fat-free/sugar-free foods.
