Hi everyone, I am TaCreacia and I am new. I am 31 years old and need to loose 85 lbs. I will start walking after work starting today. I am also watching what I eat. I thought about trying the Atkins diet, but haven't made up my mind if I want to do that. I worked in nutrition for 6 years and know about diets and what foods to eat. My problem is I am lazy.
