Stayc: As for workouts, I am riding stationary bike 3-4x/wk (about 6 miles in 35 min), yoga about 1x/wk and light weight training everyday (Jorge Cruise's plan). As for food...I fell off the wagon a bit lately, but I have cut out junk food, sugar (mostly), and limited breads. I am trying to eat granola bar (or slimfast bar) for breakfast, one for lunch (or a very low cal healthy lunch) and a semi-regular dinner..trying not to go above 1000 cal per day. THat is my IDEAL plan..for the past 2 wks I have fell off a bit and had more fattening foods...amazingly i haven't gained any more...holding steady now at 137 (most of which is on my sides and stomach haha).
