I love the postive attitudes. IT"S GREAT !!!!!! We can do this !! We need to live to learn I guess, but good fatgirlagain, keep up the exercise that's great.. Yvette120 I understand the snails pace, that's me too 1 or 2 pounds very slowly....

Today is my OWI day and so far I am only UP 1 lbs which is pretty good considering my behavior . I have been mulling over my commintment tomy plan and have decided to maybe take a more serious approach to this, IE take it easy on the weekends this is very diffucult for me , but needs to be done!! Our weigh in is monday and I am hoping to drop that other lbs and at least break even this week!!!

Well I'm not sure quite what I did but, Finally some progress! I am back down to 170 although it is not official until my Monday weigh in. I am hoping to break into the 160's by then!

Stayc: As for workouts, I am riding stationary bike 3-4x/wk (about 6 miles in 35 min), yoga about 1x/wk and light weight training everyday (Jorge Cruise's plan). As for food...I fell off the wagon a bit lately, but I have cut out junk food, sugar (mostly), and limited breads. I am trying to eat granola bar (or slimfast bar) for breakfast, one for lunch (or a very low cal healthy lunch) and a semi-regular dinner..trying not to go above 1000 cal per day. THat is my IDEAL plan..for the past 2 wks I have fell off a bit and had more fattening foods...amazingly i haven't gained any more...holding steady now at 137 (most of which is on my sides and stomach haha). Thanks for your help!
