My name is Kim and I have been losing weight since January. I lost the first ten pounds by doing Taebo, and I rejoined WW about 8 weeks ago and have lost 3-4 pounds since then. I was doing really well and then I hit a plateau. However, I am motivated again and I am committed to doing this! I wrote up a chart that I have on the refrigerator and it keeps me going, as well as my WW meetings!
