Hello everyone!

I'm new here!*waves shly* I finally found somewhere where i can find some support from friendly ladies like yourselves! I've been looking around for days and I was so excited to find this site!

My name is Cindy of course if you couldn't tell by the name.
I'm 19 years old, I'm 5'2 and I weight 147 pounds.
My goals are on my signature.
I have a hard time keeping to a diet because oh do i love ICE CREAM and fast food!
I'm not too overweight. but I am and I'm unhappy with myself. I've never had a nice outlook on my body and I really would like to start working on my self-esteem!

Well hope to hear for you guys! ♥!

Hi Cindy! Welcome to 3 fat chicks. I'm new here as well. Have you started a diet?

Hi Cindy. I too am fairly new to 3FC. I know about not being happy with yourself. Not that long ago I was just about where you are now (in weight) and all it took was a few unfortunate medical issues and before I knew it I'd gained 50 more pounds. Although I've only been here for about a week, I've already found support and encouragement. Till later.

Then keep up with the exercise. You may not need to focus too much on dieting if you're just slightly overweight or if it's just your shape you want to work on. Do put down the soda and opt for water. Just eat healthier. But I wouldn't think you need to start "dieting" or following a strict plan. I believe you'll probably see more results in the shape department just by exercising daily and toning what's there.

Hey Cindy! I too LOVE ice cream. You shouldn't cut yourself off from it completely because if you deprive yourself of it, it is more likely that you will give in easier. So I found that Breyers No Sugar added Vanilla or Triple chocolate ice cream is AWESOME!! I can't even tell its low in sugar and calories. Plus since it is lower in sugar it is lower in carbs! Just thought you might like to try it! Remember when having ice cream measure it out, it allows you to keep better track of how much you are really having. I allow myself to have ice cream twice a week, and so far it works better than not having any at all! I also found that making a smoothie curbs my craving for ice cream. If you want the recipe send me a message!
