New Here
Well like the title says I'm new here. I just turned 30, I am married and have 3 children (all boys) 13, 11, 5. I weighed in today at 270, I would love to be 150, so thats 120 I have to lose.I am starting TODAY, I have read quite a few of the posts on this site and other sites and I noticed every one give a bit of a challenge for them selves so mine will be 3 - 30 min walks this week and 2- 20 min weight segments. Wish me luck.....
