Talking sending hugs

I'm sending hugs your way. You can do this. You just have to stay focused and remember the end picture. I used to be thin eons ago. I don't know if it's harder having been there and trying to get back or having not been there and trying to get there. You can do this though. It only goes down from here.

I understand where you are at my highest weight at pregnancy was 209 lbs. After having my son (now 11 months old) I weighed 185 lbs. This was a big disappointment to me since for many years I never weighed more then 120 lbs. before I got married. Now I too look at my skinny clothes and I can't believe what happened to me.
I will send a BIG hug your way. You can do it.
