Hi! Can anyone tell me if there is a way to quickly get my signature to reflect this week's weight loss? I'm hoping I don't need to go and re-do the whole signature every time / week there is a weight loss. Also, where can I find out how to pm someone? Thanks!

not sure about the tracker-haven't figured it out myself but to PM, just click on the name on the left and a drop box will come down and PM is one of the options.

One way to change your tracker is to go into "edit signature" and go to the HTML code for your tracker (which I have found you can't do if you have full editing turned on, so you may have to go to "edit options" first and change the very last option at the bottom of the page from "enahnced interface" to one of the other 2). When you see the HTML code for your tracker in the "edit signature" page, just change the number of your current weight within the code. Make sure to ONLY change your current weight number, though, cuz if you cange anything else, the code will not work properly, or you may end up changing your starting weight or goal weight instead. It only takes a second to pop that number in there, so this is much quicker than making a whole new ticker every week

Don't feel bad-I started at 250 and like you, I have a one story home LOL. Not worth jumping for-look at it as even more success when you reach your goal. Remember this first one is kind of a start out for the group-a beginning place even though some have already lost some and some are just starting out. There are going to be times when there is no loss-even though we do everything right and sometimes up a pound or two-just cause we are women and hormonal. It is a journey with mountains and valleys but we are here and all are walking along beside. Chin up!

I have been there believe me. Our scale was off, and I had no clue until I went to the dr. I weighed in there and was almost in tears. It was about 7 lbs. more......

Hang in there though...... stick to your plan and yuou'll be just fine!

I would love to join. I am new here and I have over 100 lbs to lose. I would like to lose half of that before the end of the year.
