Hello all,
I just registered here today and am looking forward to getting started and making new friends.
I am a 47 year old female. Happily married, no children.
I want to loose 60 lbs and am not sure how to start or what diet to choose.
Any help, advice or friendships will be welcomed.

claudia, it's the right address. [email protected]. Only difference, I forgot to put the decamin in, but that will make a difference! Hope you get it this time, or send me your e-mail address and I will respond to that, Freda
