Hello, I'm Brittany and I need to lose weight.
I've put on a significant amount of weight ever since I entered a relationship. I've gained about six pounds per month for the past seven months as a result of eating out frequently and not working out as much as I used to. I went from an all time low of 145 to an embarrassing high of 190.
I'm desperate, but willing to work on it. Though sometimes I slip, like tonight (fried shrimp.) So I am interested in finding a weight loss mentor/buddy who knows the ropes and knows what works.
