), and I have already lost 3 lbs. My goal for now is to get to 180 (started out at 242). I have always been heavier than I looked, so 180 would be great for me. I have been on a low-carb diet before, and I lost 35 pounds--then I found out I was pregnant, so I had to put that on hold. My daughter is 7 months old now, and I am finally getting serious about losing weight again. I think it will help to be on a support board such as this, so I am really looking forward to this!
