Hi everyone, I've been lurking about on this website for about a year, ever since I decided to really work on my weight loss but I finally decided to register. I joined Curves in May of 2004 which has helped. I've tried Atkins and other "low carb" diets but I get such bad migraines that the bad outweighs the good! I recently went back to the tried and true method of calorie counting and I'm doing about 1800 calories a day. I'm a 32 year old MSW student and I work part time for a non-profit doing work in child abuse prevention. I'm hoping to find a support buddy and some new friends!
