First off, congratulations on your upcoming wedding! There is nothing like a wedding (or reunion, for that matter) for motivation.
I'm getting married, too, in two months: August 13th. I have a lot to lose, of course not all before then. I want to lose about 60 more pounds. I've lost 25 lbs so far by eating 5 small healthy meals a day. I just started a weight training class; it not only does weights but calisthenics...we are expected to be able to do 50 regular pushups by August 11!
