Hi All

I'm 23, 5'7 and I need to lose about 110.. Right now I am 260.. I was 280 last month, so I've already lost a little. I gained alot on medications.. close to 100 in less than a year.

I gained weight from being on bipolar medications and a pregnancy..

Last month I lost the baby at 23 weeks gestation due to an umbilical cord accident.. My fiance feels that we are not ready to try again and I should lose some weight for health reasons.

I miss my son, even though he was never here... its a very strange feeling.

Anyway.. I need tons of tips and pointers and a little encourgement..
