Hiya! I just joined because I figure I'm going to give this one last shot - i'm really tired of being overweight and unhealthy all the time. I'm only 5 feet tall, so even an ounce gain looks like I put on a pound!! Add to that I never did take off the "Frosh 15" (which in my case was Frosh 32") completely. I've lost a little - over the past six months while travling to Asia, but since I came back a month ago - I've gained almost all of it back...and so here I am, hoping that I can work on not gaining the remaining weight, and actually losing the excess weight for my body type/height! *sigh*
can u tell I'm really overwhelmed and fed up with all this?
so i'm looking for inspiration and prodding and lots of support
and i think i will get it here, judging from the different posts and replies i've read
