Default Fat Relapse!AhHhHh

Hello!
In the past year My weight went from 190 to 110 and now I've gained about 20 pounds back!!! AHHHHH...I need a diet companion to encourage and inspire me, suffer with me, or just to remind me to get off my big booty and get some excersize..!!
So I'd like to lose about 25 pounds eventually ....

hello!!
I had not realized how big I had gotton until I seen pictures of my vegas vacation..I had become oblivious to my gradual weight gain until I had to double check if one of the cirque de soleil elephants escaped or if it truly was me in the pictures..lol..I felt so embarassed....It was one of those big impact moments... I immediately started to walk on the tredmill, downsize my portions and for the first time in my life I was watching the scale read lower and lower....and now I find myself getting lured in by cravings and then eating way more than I should....and on top of that, the town I live in is FINALLY getting a McDonalds!!!LOL torture

Its funny how long it takes to lose a pound and yet so quickly to gain 5

Are there any pilates moves that you would recommend as the most beneficial?
