I'm Jupe and this is my very first post here at 3fatchicks... I stumbled upon the site while looking for help with the South Beach Diet Phase one (on day 6 today) ... my Dr suggested I give it a try and I've been looking for a way to jump back into weight loss, so I decided what the ****. The first few days were brutal and I've been having a hard time finding hard/fast rules on what types of ingredients I can and can not eat. Which led me here!
2 years ago I lost 50+ pounds on Weight Watchers and will probably go some type of modified version of ww after trying South Beach. I work long hours for a software company and ww just allows for the type of flexibility I really need. But I promised myself I'd try a month on South Beach before making up my mind. I really miss frozen yogurt. A lot. A whole lot.
