Newbie
Hi everyone!
My name is Mandy, and I'm 15 years old, and desprately trying to lose weight. I started at 204 pounds in May, and am now 192, and am not really living life. I'm miserable most of the time, have no friends outside the internet, and I finally have found a goal to try and work towards.
I am a HUGE Clay Aiken fan, and I'm going to his concert this summer. I've thought up a plan to get me on stage with him to sing, AND to help me lose weight. I thought maybe Clay would take notice of me if I had a sign that said "I lost ___ pounds to sing with you!"
So I'm trying to lose some major weight before August. Only problem is, I'm ADDICTED to McDonalds. I'm pretty lazy too, and I REALLY need help. I need ideas on how to lose weight, and how to motivate myself, and stop PIGGING out.
I do BodyFlex..kinda. Like, 5 minutes of it. I really need help finding a better way to exercise and better things to eat. Help?
