I understand the need to stop eating at night, I do the same thing, and I think that is where I get in trouble. In the morning, and at lunch its fairly easy. When I'm at work I can pretty much only eat what I bring, unless my co workers and I go out to lunch (which I usually only buy something sweet, because no $$

). Its when I get home that I crash, and eat too much. And eat too late. My boyfriend and I usually eat dinner really late, and then on top of that I'll have a snack before and after dinner.
And yeah, I hear ya, I could go on all day about my weight issues too!
