Sounds pretty much like the situation I am in....i know what you mean by it bothering you, not too much weight, but the thing is that unhealthy lifestyles dont just happen overnight and prevention i think is a big part of remaing healthy for a lifetime, right now i would like to just stay fit and try to keep on eating as healthy as possible to keep up energy, fight diease, and be able to continue doing what i enjoy...
anyways if you would like support and such i would be interested in helping out along the way
