20 y/o would like a buddy

  • I am 20 years old and would like to lose 12lbs. I know its not a lot but It really bothers me. I have been trying to follow the Oprah boot camp program, which is pretty much staying away from sugar, flour and eating healthy meats and veggies. I am also trying to work out 6 days a week and lift weights. I would really like someone to work with and email to keep eachother in check.

    Sounds pretty much like the situation I am in....i know what you mean by it bothering you, not too much weight, but the thing is that unhealthy lifestyles dont just happen overnight and prevention i think is a big part of remaing healthy for a lifetime, right now i would like to just stay fit and try to keep on eating as healthy as possible to keep up energy, fight diease, and be able to continue doing what i enjoy...
    anyways if you would like support and such i would be interested in helping out along the way
